Paul Nedwick is Director of Research and Quality at ResinTech. Paul has a wide-ranging chemical background spanning product innovation for over 30 years. He is a passionate innovator recognized for his commitment to sustainable product solutions. Paul received his degree in Chemical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, with graduate studies at Penn State, and has published numerous technical papers. In 2006, he was named a “Hero of Chemistry” by the American Chemical Society. Paul holds seven US patents and has several other pending patent application.

Sam Rivera is a seasoned Lab Water System specialist with over 25 years of experience supporting research laboratories across the Southeastern United States and Latin America. Originally trained as a pilot, Sam ultimately found his true calling in water purification. Today, he’s known for helping labs navigate the complexities of ultrapure water systems, offering expert guidance on projects and programs where water quality is critical to success. Sam is the Southeastern & Latin American Sales Manager for Lab Systems & OEM Products at ResinTech Filterworks.

Byron Druss is a Consultant at ResinTech. He has over 30 years of engineering, product management, sales, marketing and business growth experience in both start-ups and large-scale technical companies. As both a community Environmental and Water Commissioner of 10 years, he is passionate about how WaterTech improves life.
