ResinTech SIR-350 is a sodium form macroporous chelating weak acid cation resin. Its unique chelating functionality removes divalent transition metals preferentially to alkaline earth metals such as calcium. It has a higher capacity than SIR-300. Since the sodium form is highly alkaline, pH adjustment is usually required before first use.
ResinTech SIR-400 is a free base form macroporous chelating weakly basic anion resin. Its unique functionality makes it selective for mercury and other heavy metals as well as for noble metals when present as cations. SIR-400 is intended for mercury removal and removal/recovery of various precious metals.
ResinTech SIR-500 is a sodium form macroporous chelating weak acid cation resin. Its unique chelating functionality is particularly selective for alkaline earth metals such as calcium and divalent transition metals such as copper and nickel. pH adjustment is usually required before first use.
ResinTech SIR-700 is an acid salt form granular weak base gel anion resin with unique epoxy polyamine functionality. Its unique functionality utilizes a secondary mechanism for chromate removal that causes chromium to precipitate inside the resin matrix when the feed pH is slightly acidic. SIR-700 is intended for all chromate removal applications.
ResinTech SIR-700-HP is an acid salt form weak base gel anion resin with unique epoxy polyamine functionality. The HP designation means it is Gold Seal Certified by the WQA for use in potable water applications.
ResinTech SIR-1000 is a copper selective macroporous chelating weak base anion resin. Its unique functionality provides exceedingly high selectivity for copper as well as other transition metals in almost any aqueous solution, yet can be regenerated with acid and then neutralized with various alkaline salts prior to use.
ResinTech SIR-1200 is a chloride form type 1 gel strong base anion resin. It has an exceptionally high capacity and is optimized for mining and single-use applications. SIR-1200 is intended for use in uranium removal as well as the removal of other trace contaminants such as chromate and arsenate in industrial applications.
ResinTech SIR-1300 is a chloride form hybrid gel strong base anion resin. It has crystalline manganese oxide mono-atomically dispersed throughout the polymer. The manganese oxide hybrid material stores oxygen atoms that combine with ferrous iron to form insoluble ferric oxide, which is trapped inside the resin bed. Oxygen is replenished by an air scour at the start of the cleaning cycle that also separates the suspended solids from the resin beads. Accumulated iron particles are then removed by backwash. SIR-1300 is intended for removal of ferrous iron from potable water.
ResinTech BSM-50 is a borate form antimony and silica selective hybrid gel type 1 strong base anion resin. Hydrated iron oxide is monoatomically dispersed throughout the polymer, giving the product hybrid properties. The borate form hybrid is able to remove chloride and sulfate in addition to silica, antimony125, and other radionuclides.
ResinTech PX-800 is a sulfite form strong base gel anion resin. PX-800 removes oxygen from water by converting sulfite to sulfate on the resin exchange sites. ResinTech PX-800 is intended for oxygen removal applications and for other processes where an immobile reducing agent is needed. PX-800 is supplied in the neutral sulfite form.
ResinTech PXA-4969 is non-ionic polystyrenic porous adsorbent resin. The size and volume of the pores in the resin allow for easy diffusion, transport, and reversible binding of dissolved substances in various polar and non-polar fluids. PXA-4969 is intended for use in the sweetener and juice industry and other polymeric adsorbent applications.
ResinTech SIR-600 is a sodium/potassium form granular naturally occurring aluminosilicate zeolite. It is an inorganic cation exchanger that can also capture certain ions by molecular sieving.
ResinTech SIR-800 is a sulfite form strong base gel anion resin. SIR-800 removes oxygen from water by converting sulfite to sulfate on the resin exchange sites. ResinTech SIR-800 is intended for oxygen removal applications and for other processes where an immobile reducing agent is needed. SIR-800 is supplied in the neutral sulfite form.
ResinTech SIR-900 is a granular aluminum oxide-based adsorbent. It has a strong adsorptive capacity for a variety of contaminants including lead, arsenate, and selenate. SIR-900 is intended for the removal of fluoride from water and can also be used for the removal of arsenate, selenate, and lead from potable water.
ResinTech SIR-950 is a specially manufactured bone char carbon. It is a granular activated carbonaceous material that has a unique combination of hydroxyapatite [Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2] and carbon.
ResinTech SX-A40-OH is a type 1 macroporous strong base anion resin intended for use in the sugar industry, specifically sucrose acid neutralization. It is supplied in the hydroxide form. It has higher crosslinking than gel anion resins, which provides greater physical, thermal, and oxidation strength.
