ACM Technologies has opened a new state-of-the-art ion exchange resin regeneration facility in Gardena, CA in the South Bay section of Los Angeles. This new plant will enable west coast customers to send in their spent ion exchange resins for regeneration and subsequent reuse. The resins are typically used to purify metal-bearing rinse waters, process waters, and other closed loop operations, as well as wastewater treatment prior to discharge and groundwater cleanup. ACM has an existing regeneration plant in the Baltimore, MD area that has been in operation for more than 20 years.
“We are excited to be commissioning this new regeneration facility, especially here on the West Coast where there is an essential need for water recycling and reuse,” said Mike Warner, President of ACM. “This regeneration service will enable many facilities to treat, purify, and recycle their process streams and wastewaters.”
The company is hosting an open house on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 from noon to 4 pm and will offer tours of the regeneration facility, located at 13850 Van Ness Avenue, Gardena, CA 90249.
ACM Technologies services the metal finishing, EDM, wastewater, and groundwater market with ion exchange resin regeneration and related equipment and rentals. ACM is a sister company to ResinTech, Inc., a manufacturer of ion exchange resins.
