ACM TECHNOLOGIES AND AQUA-CON JOINING FORCES

GARDENA, CA — After fifty years in business, Aqua-Con, a water treatment services company based in Santa Ana, announced an agreement to join forces with ACM Technologies, a leading provider of resin regeneration and water purification services.

Aqua-Con owner, Bill Hanson, was enthusiastic about the future, “ACM appreciates this business, understands how to operate it correctly, and is continually innovating and seeking ways to expand its potential. They have modern regeneration facilities on both coasts, a seasoned leadership team, and cutting-edge water & resin testing capabilities that will certainly benefit our existing customers.”

Michael Warner, ACM’s President, was similarly optimistic. “The combination of Bill’s customer backlog and our operational capabilities make this a win for everyone impacted. The company will operate under the ACM brand. Aqua-Con will merge its operations into ACM’s west coast facility in Gardena, CA. Bill Hanson will become Vice President of West Coast Operations and will report to Mike Warner, who will split his time between the east and west coasts.
